At Diag-OBD2®, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal following receipt of your order. No reason is needed.

Conditions for a Refund
Condition of the product
The product must be in its original condition, with all original accessories, labels and packaging.
No signs of use
Returned products must show no signs of use, damage or alteration.
Exceptions
Personalised or used items are not eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return
Step 1
Contact our customer service at Support@diag-obd2.com to let us know you'd like to return your order.
Step 2
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.
Step 3
Attach the return slip provided with your order to the parcel.
Step 4
Drop the parcel off at a Bpost or Mondial Relay point.

Return Shipping Costs
Free, whatever the reason
Return shipping costs are on us, whether the return is due to a simple change of mind or a product fault — you don't pay a thing.

Refund Processing
Timeframe
Once we receive and check the returned product, the refund is issued within 3 working days.
Method
The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Notification
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.

Faulty Products or Errors
If you receive a faulty product or if we've made a mistake, contact us straight away at Support@diag-obd2.com. We cover the return shipping costs and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
