By making a purchase on the Diag-OBD2® website, you accept these Terms of Sale in full. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with a purchase.

Products and Orders

Availability
Products displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change stock at any time without notice.
Placing an order
By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Diag-OBD2® may refuse or cancel an order due to a pricing error, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Prices and Payment

Prices
Product prices are shown in euros and include all applicable taxes.
Payment
Payments are made via the methods specified on the site. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Timeframes
Delivery within 48 hours in Belgium, and between 2 and 5 working days for France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Diag-OBD2® cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carrier, customs, weather conditions).
Charges
Delivery is 100% free to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, with no minimum purchase amount.

Right of Withdrawal

30 days to change your mind
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving the product, with no reason needed. See our Refund Policy for the procedure.

Warranties and Liability

Legal warranties
Products are supplied with the legal warranties applicable under Belgian and European law.
Limitation
Diag-OBD2® cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of our products.

Changes & Applicable Law

Changes
Diag-OBD2® reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are published with their new effective date.
Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
